近日，中共中央、國務(wù)院印發(fā)了《加快建設(shè)農(nóng)業(yè)強國規(guī)劃（2024—2035年）》。

強國必先強農(nóng)，農(nóng)強方能國強。農(nóng)業(yè)強國是社會主義現(xiàn)代化強國的根基。面對新形勢新要求，必須把加快建設(shè)農(nóng)業(yè)強國作為統(tǒng)領(lǐng)“三農(nóng)”工作的戰(zhàn)略總綱，擺上建設(shè)社會主義現(xiàn)代化強國的重要位置。為加快建設(shè)農(nóng)業(yè)強國，中共中央、國務(wù)院印發(fā)了《加快建設(shè)農(nóng)業(yè)強國規(guī)劃（2024—2035年）》。主要目標(biāo)是：到2027年，農(nóng)業(yè)強國建設(shè)取得明顯進展。鄉(xiāng)村全面振興取得實質(zhì)性進展，農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村現(xiàn)代化邁上新臺階。到2035年，農(nóng)業(yè)強國建設(shè)取得顯著成效。鄉(xiāng)村全面振興取得決定性進展，農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化基本實現(xiàn)，農(nóng)村基本具備現(xiàn)代生活條件。到本世紀中葉，農(nóng)業(yè)強國全面建成。城鄉(xiāng)全面融合，鄉(xiāng)村全面振興，農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村現(xiàn)代化全面實現(xiàn)。
規(guī)劃提出的具體內(nèi)容包括：全方位夯實糧食安全根基，把中國人的飯碗端得更牢更穩(wěn)；全領(lǐng)域推進農(nóng)業(yè)科技裝備創(chuàng)新，加快實現(xiàn)高水平農(nóng)業(yè)科技自立自強；全環(huán)節(jié)完善現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營體系，促進小農(nóng)戶和現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展有機銜接；全鏈條推進農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)體系升級，提升農(nóng)業(yè)綜合效益；進一步深化農(nóng)業(yè)對外合作，培育農(nóng)業(yè)國際競爭新優(yōu)勢；高質(zhì)量推進宜居宜業(yè)和美鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)，提升農(nóng)村現(xiàn)代生活水平；促進城鄉(xiāng)融合發(fā)展，縮小城鄉(xiāng)差別。

全面推進鄉(xiāng)村振興、加快建設(shè)農(nóng)業(yè)強國，是黨中央著眼全面建成社會主義現(xiàn)代化強國作出的戰(zhàn)略部署。強國必先強農(nóng)，農(nóng)強方能國強。沒有農(nóng)業(yè)強國就沒有整個現(xiàn)代化強國；沒有農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村現(xiàn)代化，社會主義現(xiàn)代化就是不全面的。
It is a strategic plan the CPC Central Committee has made to advance rural revitalization across the board and accelerate the building of a strong agriculture, with a view to building China into a great modern socialist country in all respects. A country must first strengthen agriculture to make itself strong, and only when agriculture is strong can the country be strong. Without strong agriculture, there won't be a great modern country. The socialist modernization won't be complete without agricultural and rural modernization.
